Hi all,

I have posted about this before but never came to a solution so I am throwing it out in the open again.

My muscles feel constantly edgy... I dont know how else to explain this. Its an anxious feeling, not painful, but irritating. Almost like they are going to spasm any minute but never do. They feel lame and tense at the same time.

Those are the only ways to explain it. Has anyone come across this before?

I am cutting and have been for more than a year and the only reason I can think of for this feeling is that I am not eating enough.

I am about to start a bulk at the beginning of next week (for the first time) and I guess I will see then what happens.

Just looking for comments... :)

Something like this happens to me while sleeping at times. Well not anymore after taking ETS, but some nights I would wake up and my muscles would want to just go nuts. Obvioulsy I am trying to relax myself and sleep, but at the same time I feel like I could jump out of bed and start doing sprints or if my arms were restless I would feel like I could punch through walls. Very strange...

I am constantly full of energy, and if I don't do exercise then I don't know what to do with myself. But I don't think that's what you mean.

Sounds curious.

Very curious indeed. My wife has said that since I started lifting and taking supplements its like I have ADD. Which I dont of course. I came to the conclusion that since I started really eating clean and exercising that it maybe my metabolism has gotten higher and my body is just saying "Hey, lets get up and do something instead sit here and watch Wheel of Fortune, followed by American Idol."

I've always been an early riser too but now I get pu at 5-530 am. No alarm clock ever.

I hate to lend credence to new pharmaceutical advertising but maybe Restless Leg Syndrome (http://www.cnn.com/HEALTH/library/DS/00191.html)? Apparently it's not just legs but muscles all over. Strangely, one of the advised self-care items is exercise.
