View Full Version : New Hybrid Style - "OLD SCHOOL NEW BEAT"
John Stone Wed, March 24th, 2004, 10:50 AM Check it out and let me know what you think!
I still like the Default style best, but I think people who like the light background with dark text will prefer this hybrid design over the original "Old School" design.
andi Wed, March 24th, 2004, 11:06 AM yep, me likey. I've been using the old school as my default, now I'm switching to this one. Thanks John- best of both worlds!
Jimbo Wed, March 24th, 2004, 12:12 PM I'm liking this. High-tech look, and easy to read.
xray Wed, March 24th, 2004, 02:56 PM It's stylish, aesthetic as well as easy to read! You've done a great job, I admire you on this as well as your body-transformation, john! :claplow:

John Stone Wed, March 24th, 2004, 05:57 PM Glad you guys like it, it took forever to get right! :p
I don't see any reason to hang on to the ugliest style, so I'm going to replace the current "Old School" style with "Old School New Beat"... unless there are any objections?

seeDerekNow Wed, March 24th, 2004, 09:49 PM I actually like the default style over "old school"...the default style has got the ol' "Two Wires Thin" color scheme going for it. So I guess new school is really old school :p
Duckman Thu, March 25th, 2004, 05:53 AM This is awesome, John! Really cool and very easy to read. But please do something about that lavender color in Forum rules box...please?
ThatOldGuy Thu, March 25th, 2004, 06:34 AM Old school, new beat :tu:
imsuxok? Thu, March 25th, 2004, 10:29 AM I prefer plain old-school, but as long as there's a light background for the posts, I don't care all that much.
John Stone Thu, March 25th, 2004, 10:40 AM This is awesome, John! Really cool and very easy to read. But please do something about that lavender color in Forum rules box...please?I know hot pink is your favorite color, Duckman, but I don't think that would look much better...
