Today I was doing my version of kick-box cardio which is KBC done to
fast-beat music. As I warm up the faster the music gets. I also incorporate a lot of boxing moves in it and customize some moves to fit the bill.
Before all this I decided to try out some Nitroxyn2 which is an NO2 product designed to give your muscles a better pump and blood flow during workout.

After I worked a bit of a sweat up I decided to work on 8-punch combinations at max speed. I've done this before with no problem.

This time I got into the the 4th set of combo-punches and at the end of the set a strange feeling hit me like a lightning bolt and I thought I was going to drop in my tracks and pass out.

Usually when I do the combos I'll get winded and back off for awhile.
But this feeling wasn't anything like that.

I wasn't all that winded.. I had a bit of an oxygen debt but nothing out of the ordinary.

I had to stop punching and walk around for awhile to steady out.

I'm not blaming the manufacturer of the product. It probably did what it was supposed to do.

I'm old school. This was my first experience with a pump supplement but I'm wondering if I made a mistake using it when I was doing intense KBC.

I stay away from supplements and all that stuff, I don't like the idea of putting stuff in my body, no matter what it is 'supposed' to do.

That being said, there is a lot out there that helps a great deal, but I don't think you can just jump into taking something completely foreign to your body. Everyone is effected differently.

If you want to continue taking the sup, then I would suggest you take it easy for a week or so till you can grasp the pill's full effect.

I wouldn't use any NO product before cardio. Use it for lifting, that's it.
