Looks good to me, I'm assuming you are drinking your 5:30 protein shake right after your exercise?

yup... just started with the whey yesterday.
now I have a question about tomorrow (my cardio day) I do it in the morning..should I eat an hour before and have a shake after? or just eat my normal breakfast after?

Well depends...if you do your cardio 1-2 hours after you wake up, then eat your regular breakfast after you cardio. If you do your cardio 3-4 hours after you wake up, eat your breakfast then do cardio. If you are doing cardio/weights, eat before and have a shake after.

Due to school I normally wake up at 7, eat breakfast (oats n egg whites normally) and then go to the gym at 8 for cardio. I only do weights in the afternoon everyother day.
So...I guess if i do HIIT i'll eat before cardio and if I do moderate I'll eat after.

I personally never eat before cardio when I do it first thing in the morning, HIIT or not.
If I do HIIT (which is rare lately), I don't eat until an hour after.
If I do moderate 45-60 mins, I have a protein shake fairly soon after, followed by my breakfast about 30-45 mins after that.
