Is there anyway to tell what your max bench is by taking into consideration how many times you can bench a X weight at X amount of reps. For instance, I can bench 225/12x. I havent maxed out in a long time except for when I was drunk on New Years at a friends house at 1 AM lol. I did 300 but dont like to count that for obvious reasons. And yeah I know.. drinking and weightlifting = bad idea :p

There are calculators out there, though I don't have one handy.
Most wouldn't consider a 12-rep set a good measure of 1rep max. You need to get down to 4 or less for a good correlation.

Yeah. This is what I use usually.
Most calculators only go up to 10 reps though, they get less and less accurate at higher rep ranges.
225x10 gives you 300 on that calc, for whatever that's worth.

When I'm at the computer, I use: http://www.exrx.net/Calculators/OneRepMax.html
Otherwise I just do it in my head based off the figure that an 8-RM is usually 80% of a max for me. It's really easy arithmetic.

Don't use high rep ranges for those calculators -- because I feel that there is too much room for error. My 10-rep max predicts that I can bench well into the 400's, which is an overestimate. Find out what your 3-5 rep max is, and plug that into the calculator -- You'll get much more accurate results without having to actually do a max.
