Sorry if I'm reeating an earlier post, but I'm fairly new to these boards. I was just wondering what kind of experience people have had with an ECA stack and whether or not they'd recommend it. I've been taking it for a week now and I can say that I feel more energized during my workout and can push myself harder. We'll see next tuesday if my BF% has decreased a significant amount.
Anyway, just looking for thoughts/suggestions when using ECA.
