John Stone, have you competed in a bodybuilding show? If not, do you have any aspirations to? You would definitely do well! I am intersest to hear if any other members have brought their physique transformations to the stage. Whatever your goal is...train hard and live well!! :bb:

Nah. I have a lot of respect for those who do, but competitive bodybuilding just not for me.

It's the posing trunks, isn't it.... ;) Nah, as a former competative swimmer I've spent countless hours in Speedos. I'm totally comfortable in them.

This may come as a surprise to some, but bodybuilding as a competitive sport doesn't really interest me--either as a spectator or a competitor.

I think bodybuilding is one of the few sports that are excellent to partake in on a recreational basis but on a competitive basis a truly terrible sport in a multitude of ways.

Tanisha, do you have any pics to post now of your condition about 8 weeks out?

Check her Journal (http://forums.johnstonefitness.com/showthread.php?t=12628) - she has been posting them there regularly. :tu:
