In a cut what supplements do you recommend?

Multivitaminic?
CLA?
I read something about selenium and chromium helping with cravings, is it true?
If you could give me some guidelines it would be very helpful.

I'd stay away from regular chromium. To many growing schools over concern about longterm exposure.

Research ALA (Alpha Lipoic Acid... and not R-ALA).
Also: ALCAR (or L-Car, Acetyl L-Carnitine)
There's the traditional ECA stack or just plain old caffeine.
I never found CLA to do anything useful.

Depending on your meal planning and intake- plenty of healthy fats help too: fish oil, flax, almonds...

With these you'd be fine (even without- but I do find that the above did help me).
