In the past, I am doubtful now I seem to think it is possible. I used to be plaqued with couple of prematured gray hairs and tried various means such as shampoos, alcohol stimulant etc. but with no effects. But, recently, I began to see lesser of my gray hairs. Thank God.

Just now, when I pluck out one of them, I discovered that the bottom half where the hair root is, started to get back its colour and the top half remains white. :confused:

Not sure if it is due to diet, exercise or supplements? :D Any idea?

yeah a deficiency of b vitamins could cause you to get grey hair. I think bioten and paba are the biggies.

Heh, mine did a bit. After chemo, I was very gray, now, less than before chemo :)

What is your method??.. think taking multi-vits daily do it for me, come to think of it. Maybe the hair void of some essential nutrients :shrug: :shrug:

I had some gray before chemo. Immediately after letting my hair grow back in, it seemed to be mostly gray, and what wasn't was about 2 shades lighter than ever before. After a few more months, there is less gray than before chemo, although the base color is still slightly lighter than before.

Lots of people see hair changes post-chemo from what they had before. I didn't expect the gray changes, but wasn't surprised by a different color. Lots of people also will see thicker hair post chemo or even curly hair where it used to be straight.

Anyway, I don't recommend trying it :)
