My joints are starting to bother me and I've heard that I should be taking more calcium supplements. But aren't I already a little too old to be taking calcium supps? I'm 21 already. Also, I read or heard somewhere else that I shouldn't be taking calcium specific supps when taking Animal Paks and/or creatines. Is this true? And why? Thanks everyone.
