I'm not asking for help like saying ur a good guy u'll be better etc. im stating a problrm: my girlfriend broke up w\ me and im devistated and when i get realyl sad and upset i lose my appetite. And i have. But the only way i dont think about the pain is working out and getting really tired. SO i lift then go back later and run for 30 mins at the gym for 3 days and have eated about 1.5 full meals all together (like all the food put together) over those same 3 days.

i dont know what to do. im hurting myself but i cant not.... any way to make it less bad for me or anything

I found St. John's wort (http://www.goaskalice.columbia.edu/1348.html) to be very effective in managing anxiety similar to what you mention. It's available inexpenisively in drug stores and natural food stores. Be aware of the possible interactions with other medications, and of increased sensitivity to the sun.
