Hubby is one of these people that feels as though supplements will fix everything. They will make him better when he catches a cold, make him workout hard at the gym, help him sleep better at night and somehow correct his awful diet.
A month ago he bought Tri-Flex Soft Chewables. They contain Glucosamine, Chondroitian and MSM, not to mention alot of sugar. He says that the Glucosamine pills bother his stomach, but he was always taking them on an empty stomach which I think is the problem.
Anyway, according to the package of Tri-Flex Soft Chews it says " Sulfur has many essential functions in the body including maintaining the structure of protein." That sulfer would come in the form of MSM.
Is there any truth to this sulfer thing, or is GNC just blowing smoke up the butts of people like my other half?
