guava Sun, March 12th, 2006, 10:14 AM I'm not a big fan of bulky physiques, so I'm always a little surprised when people look better to me after a bulk. You are a super example of one who does. Fabulous
smalltex Sun, March 12th, 2006, 10:41 AM Great job. :claphigh: I agree, you look a heck of a lot better with the added pounds. Where do you go from here? Continuing to bulk?
It's an inspiration to someone like me, about your age, to see someone accomplish something like this. thanks for posting and keep up the good work.
raptor Sun, March 12th, 2006, 11:16 AM Awesome progress!
Wamsutta Sun, March 12th, 2006, 12:33 PM Wow, that's fantastic. Great work man. You're looking strong!

I agree about this particular picture. Your arms look great. The added mass suits you well. Another score for the old(er) dudes.:tu:
Zendorian Sun, March 12th, 2006, 04:29 PM For 8 week's, that is some seriusly musclemass added :tu: :D
rtestes Sun, March 12th, 2006, 04:35 PM All right, great results. Quite an accomplishment. You like that Titian?
John Stone Sun, March 12th, 2006, 05:43 PM Awesome job! You really kept your fat gain to a bare minimum. Why not keep going (unless, of course, you are now at the level of muscularity you desire)? :)
Carole Sun, March 12th, 2006, 06:02 PM :) Wow, most impressive. I don't know much about bulking and cutting but visually you certainly 'wear' bulking very well. Aesthetically speaking. Oh yes, and great work!! :tu:
George Sun, March 12th, 2006, 07:00 PM Inspiring! :claplow:

Thanks smalltex, my original plan was to bulk for 10 weeks, then go straight into SGX again and get ready for the beach.
Thanks Raptor.
Wamsutta thank you , I do feel much stronger now.
Awesome work! You look fantastic! I love the front double bicep shot, great picture!

The old guys are doing well here and at VX, but the young pups, with their progress keep raising the bar on us old farts:spaz:

I originally planned on 10 weeks, but I may extend it to 12, I just want to lean out for a big event in June.
I am pretty confident that my next SGX run will go well but, I do not want wait to long, I know I have not put on tons of fat, but man it sure feels like it when see the roll on my gut going over the top of my jeans.
Carole Thanks,
George thank you
Tanks again for the complements and support, It is a true mark of the winners that are supporting this forum:bow:
chang Mon, March 13th, 2006, 12:34 PM Looking like a beast my friend!!!
Man look at those forearms! Now that's old man strength! It's what you would call, farmers strength. Even in your old picture you could tell you were one strong mofo just by looking at those forearms. But now, you just look scary!(in a damn good way!) I wouldn't want to be crossing your crops at night time!
You look younger too!
Benny Mon, March 13th, 2006, 12:39 PM Wow, the change between the two picture is so amazing. Big change. Tremedous progress.

Gordo Mon, March 13th, 2006, 01:35 PM Awesome work, you really seem to take to those programs :tu:
Most noticeably arms, chest and lats have really filled out. Your face actually looks better then when it was all sucked up from cutting (I get that too)
How's the wheels?

Thanks Gordo, I am very happy with the way my body is responding to SC's programs.
Actually my biggest gains have been in the wheels, but they really needed it.:tucool:

Thanks SC, it has been a true pleasure working with you for sure, you always treat me with respect and encouragement. I have the utmost respect for you. In the past few months I have seen you deal with some great people and some that are not so nice. I admire your professionalism, and the ability to have a personable touch along with it. You are a true winner without a doubt.

Thanks Gohanssj, I do not do any direct forearm work, my work out is almost all compound. My dead lifts, barbell rows and dumbell work hit my forearms very hard. The deads and rows totaly exhaust my forearms..
I used to use straps for deads and rows, when I quit using them my forearm strength went through the roof..
mason Thu, March 16th, 2006, 01:38 PM Looking awesome man. Definitely an inspiration!

AndiMAC Sun, August 6th, 2006, 09:04 AM What amazed me the most was not so much the change in your body (looks great by the way) but the change in your face. You look AT LEAST 10 years younger in your after pics. :tu:
