Last Wednesday, I did bent forward cable crossovers for the first time. I did my "test" set to judge how much weigh to use. Well, after the first set, I felt a little pain in my shoulder, on the part that causes the "V" between your bicep and trciep, but continued to finish my workout assuming it was nothing.
Well, the pain lasted about 3-4 days and finally seemed to go away. Now however I feel it more in my upper shoulder, closer to my neck. It's very slight, but I feel something there when I move the shoulder in certain ways.
Any thoughts what this could be, how to treat it and how important it would be to stay off it?
I haven't lifted since Wednesday because of it, but I'm DYING to get back into the gym. I'd appreciate any comments from people who know what I am talking about and/or have experienced something similar.
Thanks!
