Hey, I was wondering...After I do squats (This is the second time I have reincorporated them on leg day in 2 months - in fact i havnt done legs in 2 months due to lack of time) My upper back right under my traps ache (especially right after I put the bar back on the rack. It's not pain, it just aches, and maybe for 5-10 min after when I lean the right way. EG - I just finish squats and do some leg presses and when I lie down on the machine straight that area aches again. I'm asking this because I want to know if it is normal so I know that I am not injuring my back. Thanks! By the way, it is usually felt with heavier weights, I warm up with 135 lbs and my highest was 295 lbs...
