What do you guys eat peanut butter with?

I'm trying to come up with a meal that has peanut butter in it, but along with a protein source instead of a carb. The only things that I can think of that I would normally eat it with are carbs (bread, oatmeal, banana, etc...).

Or if anyone can come up with any other good, simple Protein/Fat meals, please help me...

Cottage cheese! (add Sugar Free Jello pudding and davinci syrup for minimal carbs, max taste)

It's not bad on white fish either.

Chicken/beef - satay (make your own satay sauce)

NOT: canned tuna

For me it's strictly used with cottage cheese OR my PM protein drink.

I love mixing PB, soy sauce, chili paste, and rice wine vinegar for a stir-fry sauce. Mix it all and pour over chicken and vegetables. Good stuff!!

Thanks...

I think I'll probably go with the cottage cheese. I like both of them...hopefully it's a good combination. Seems weird, I guess that's why I didn't think of it. I'll try it tonight. Definitely wouldn't eat it on tuna though lol...gross...

Do you have any other good P/F meals? I guess what it comes down to is that I need to eat more fish.

Another vote for the cottage cheese. I mix mine w/a little Sugar-free grape jelly. Good stuff..

If youd on't liek fish you don't have to eat fish...honestly i tend to just eat my PB plain. I eat some PB adn then wash it down w/ a protein shake...I've also done things similar to the above suggestsions and I've made soup broths too.

I usually just add a TSP or 2 of PB into protein/fat meals just to up my daily calorie intake. So basically It's a filler for me.

I also eat it sometimes in FF cottage cheese. I like it with cinnamon and maybe some honey (if not honey, splenda).

I don't mind fish, but it's not really something that I can just have around and eat it whenever I want...

We ran out of cottage cheese  ...so I couldn't try it with that last night, but I will once I get some.

I also usually eat it with cottage cheese but I really like eating it plain while drinking coffee.
