Just wondering if you guys have any info on this....for some reason i can't curl heavy weight because it seems like my shoulder restricts it, and gets tired to soon...I can't even curl more then 30 lbs.....where a few years back i was able to curl at least 45. All my lifts are really high compared to my arm exercises.
Do i require more rotator cuff exercises.?:bang:

If you have access to a preacher bench try using it. It should take some of the strain off your shoulders and concentrate mainly on your bis.:tucool:

I guess maybe i should stay with preacher curls and maybe reverse curls.

Reverse curls actually work your forearms more than your biceps. I suggest you stick with the preacher bench for a while in an attempt to develope the bis themselves. It sounds to me as if you may be using too much weight and your shoulders are coming into play. Try REALLY concentrating on the bis when working them. Remember, you don't have to lift heavy when doing isolation moves.
