I'm gonna order some Nitrean tomorrow and I'm not sure wich one to get, chocolate or vanilla, I've been taking strawberry ON till the date and I love how it tastes , I'm wondering if I should get chocolate or vanilla cause my PWO shake has 1 scoop of protein powder, 1 banana , 1/2 cup of oats and skim milk , will it taste better with chocolate or vanilla ? I'm thinking vanilla ?

I ordered the vanilla after they became a JSF sponsor but before they informed us that they weren't, temporarily, able to ship chocolate. I'm quite pleased with it. It's not overpoweringly vanilla at all, though it has a good taste plain. I've been throwing a 1/2 tsp of cocoa in when I don't feel like vanilla and it makes it nice and chocolatey.

Still wanna try the chocolate, but I don't think you can go wrong with vanilla.

I dont know about that particular brand of vanilla whey, since I've never had it but for a while I drank almost your exact same shake for breakfast. Except mine was 2 scoops of protein. I made it with vanilla whey for a while, then changed to chocolate, and I liked it a lot better with the vanilla whey. If you throw in one strawberry, it gives an even better flavor. The oats youre using, are you throwing them in there whole or are you grinding them? I used to grind them, but that got kinda hard to swallow.

For what it counts my personal preference is chocolate with Nitrean. With Opticen my preference is vanilla.

The mind starts failing you once you get really old. In my case, it didn't even take that long. :lol:

I never tried the vanilla, but the chocolate Nitrean is the best tasting protein ever. :tu:

It's a personal choice.. But I'm not into Chocolate Whey(Chocolate just turns my stomach in whey).. I order the Vanilla.. In fact I need to make and order in the next week..

Necessity is the mother of invention. Between running out of my previous protein and the arrival of the Nitrean I had to buy a couple of individual packets of BioChem's 100% Whey. The first one tasted fantastic. The second was a little too vanilla-ey. After the third my nitrean had arrived and my stomach was in a knot at the thought of vanilla and here I was with a tub of vanilla stuff the size of my head.

I would've put soy sauce in the s**t at that point.
