Well i finally got more whey protien and creatine last week and gonna start the 6 month max-ot program (at bACK OF .PDF) How is this program. How is the 5 day a week routine?

Anyway im 200 now and ready to stack up that weight again after 3-4 months of light lifting and inconsistancy.

My food consumption is gonna be
Healthy Harvest Whole wheat pasta
Meat
Tuna
Protien Shake
Creatine
Whole oats
Chicken
Fish
Swet potato's

Food is the only thingl i squander with though. I wake up around 10 each day. Have classes at different times and can eat right until i get home around 5 when i eat a few more times. I prolly get 160g's of protien a day and 200g carbs.

Im

6'
200lbs now. 185 when i did the 10week ot last winter. Eating better now

I want to to slim down a little but stay big at the same time with muscle. Like if i can stay at 190-200 maybe a little more and keep putting on muscle while shedding exta fat i would love it. Im not fat but have a little extra.

We'll need more information to properly suggest advice to your diet.

Height?
Weight?
Body Fat %?
Goals? Bulk? Cut? Maintain?

As far as the MAX-OT goes, I have provided the 6-month program in excel format for easy progress logging. I can't take credit for the file, I did not set it up, but it was given to me last year by a fellow who's name I forget.

Nonetheless, here's the excel format of the 6-month roadmap.

Are you tracking your calories?
Are you tracking your macros?
Are you getting you BF checked regularly?

What do you expect us to do with that little bit of information?

We're willing to help you, but you gotta provide more info.

How have the last 3 weeks been? Sticking to the workouts? Eating right?

Actually in the past 4 weeks i have made gains in a good amount of weight such as Hammer Curls (50lbs), Straight bar (115), Military (155) etc

I stopped doing creatine though. It really bloated me out alot.

I think my main problem is and has always been the eating and keeping track of it and trying toeat at the same time everyday. I have never kept track of things and just would eat it. Any meals excel sheets around that have planned diets?
