ok i about 3 weeks ago got back into my workout routine. b4 when i was getting good gains last time i was working before hand i was taking cell-tech creatine. i noticed a difference in my self with using that and gnc's 100% whey protein. this time i decided to try something new. ive never heard anything bad about the twin labs stuff. i have noticed a change with in 2 weeks of taking it, both in appearence and strength. my question is though after i have my post workout shake of creatine, should i drink another full glass of water after it, or would i be ok taking my protein shake after the creatine shake? or anything that i need to know, criticism is welcomed.
