Hey everybody. Ok Spring break is over im back at college, 2 months left in this semester and 3 months until my summer job starts (camp counselor). Ok ive lurked on a bunch of forums, been reasearching reading. I have a plan.
Age: 20 Weight:226 Bf% (go here for method i use http://www.he.net/~zone/prothd2.html) 33% Height:5'10.5" Gender: Male
Goals: I have mini goals and big goals
a) 1st small goal sub 220lbs b) 2nd small goal sub 215 c) 3rd small goal sub 210
d) 1st BIG goal sub 200 ilbs e) 2nd big goal 15% bf f) Final weight and bf% goals 165-175 weight, 10% or under for bf and visually being able to see my abs (ive never seen them before except for the hint of one of the top ones when i suck in, weird i know)
anyway, i shall be following the atkins induction plan but modified, i will not be eating all the calories i want i will be eating around 2100 calories per day of high protien and little to no carb. I will see how it goes for the minimum of 2 weeks. I will probably do it for a month though. plus lots of water, ive been drinking diet soda for the past 6 months that was the first switch but now i think its just healthier and better for fat loss to be drinking tons of water.
exercise:
cardio: i cant do H.I.I.T my body cant handle it right now i may try it on a bike but for now i will be running everyday.
weights: for anyone familiar with kettlebells i am doing exercises, ive learned how to do them from a certified instructor and will be doing high rep ballistic kettle bell exercises with dumbbells 3 or 4 days a week, this is to maintain and work my muscles and more calorie burning
