I am about to start what is I hope the first day of the rest of my life as a healthier person. I stubled across this John Stone website and began doing lot's of research and I pretty much look just like John Stone of a year ago. So I was out on Anthony Ellis website fatlosstips.com because I'm looking for information about diet and exercise as i'm a beginner and he stated that cardio workouts should be done in the morning before you eat for best results.
I started running about a year ago at the gym at work and lost about 25 pounds by doing just that in the morning 4 days a week. Well the gym closed a few months ago and i've put about half the weight back on so my wife bought me a treadmill that I have started using at night when I get home from work.
Working out in the morning isn't really an option for me as I am married with 4 kids so that's 6 people everymorning getting ready for school and work. Will doing my cardio at night be a waste? I am also going to start lifting weights tonight i'm going to try and follow John Stone's workout he used during his weight loss period. But I'm nervous about what I read regarding the proper time to do cardio. Any advise for the new beginer.

I wouldn't worry about it at all. Do cardio when you can do it. Cardio is never a waste, I don't care when you do it. In the morning is of course optimal because it helps boost your metabolism throughout the day. But if burn 400 calories or so during a cardio session, your body is not going to know if it's day or night. It's not going to say"Oh, it's evening time, so I'm not going to expend those calories!" If the evening is the only time you can do cardio, then that's when you do cardio.
