Can someone find an image of a this horseshoe on the triceps and teardrop for the quads... not totally sure what this means or rather looks like. Its like one of those illusions you stare for hours to get a picture, but I still can't see it...:o

Hey guys here are a few pics of myself - one sort of horse shoe and the quad teardrop - when I stared liftin' my quads got shreaded because I was pretty lean - with more mass and body fat you can see the down fall of my tear drop but I willing to take the trade off for the mass I've gained
