John,
Now that I'm 8 weeks into my transformation, it would be cool to be able to post all 8 photos side by side. I see that there is a size limit on each photo and a limit on the number of photos.

I know you need to have limitations as people could get crazy. My photos are typically well under the individual photo size requirement. Perhaps you could take the maximum size each photo can be multiply by 5 and that is the total size that a post can have. The total maximum size has not changed but more pictures could be put up. I know you could say well what about when you have 15 weeks you can't keep that up. I don't know probably at least 10 photos would do, then as we get farther along, we could do every 2 weeks or 3 weeks. Just nice to have the photos side by side as on your site. It tells a story that before and after pics leave out. No need to increase the total size requiremnt per post though. Again if this is too much trouble, I can always make do. Thanks!

It would be friendlier to John (*cough*bandwidth*cough*) if you found a free picture hosting site (there are TONS) and put your pictures up there. You can then link them here using the [ img ] tag.

That gets you a lot of brownie points and bonuses:

Photos can be whatever size you like
You can have as many as you want
You can arrange them as you see fit
It saves John's bandwidth costs because the images are coming from the services machine, not John's
etc.
Photoisland and Geocities are the first places that come to mind. If you have AOL that might work too (it used to).

Another good point Daveo, man, you are schooling me in the technical forum. :p I'm very hands off when it comes to websites and such, just always avoided it, but if it's free I'll check it out. Thanks.

I honestly don't mind when people make attachments to their posts, those attachments are nothing compared to the bandwidth draw from my main site. I always have the option of disabling that feature if I like.

There's no way to limit the number of images by total bandwidth used per post, and I have to have some image limit in place per post. If you want to post more than 5 per post and don't want to make multiple posts, then it's probably best to link to off-site pictures as Daveo suggested. Thanks for understanding!
