Hey JSFer's, i've read a lot of John Berardi's stuff of late not just his nutrition stuff but his training articles has well.

One article that i bumped into was the Winning Formula and one thing really stuck out, i realized i wasn't doing enough excercise. While many people probably are, for those that think they are getting enough excercise and assume its there diet like i did this post might help them get closer to there goals.

The last few weeks i have bumped up my total activity to 7+ hours a week and when i wokeup this morning i noticed my love handles are nearly gone, pretty good progress after looking over some 3 week old photos.

Here's one of the quotes that hit a nerve for me.

Typically when a client comes to me and can't figure out why they can't lose fat, they assume that their diet is the problem. Most of these people believe that their training is top notch and that if they just got their diet in order, they would look great. Well contrary to what you might expect, the first thing I examine is their training program, not their diet.

Since reading this article i also log the total amount of excercise i do it a week and 7hours is my minimum. :)

Good luck!

That's a pretty big workload i assume 45x7 is cardio and the other is weight training?

I want to get around the 10h mark but 7h will be my minimum each week. If i don't hit it one week i will make it up the next.
