This is my latest revision to my cutting diet. Perhaps you guys could give me your 2 cents if you see any areas where I could improve what I have going on here.

(50 malto, 20 dex, 15 banana, whey)

Maybe add some fresh vegetables. Broccoli is a good choice...

agreed... where are your veggies??? some asparagus, broccoli, spinach... something! you are missing out on a whole lot of good stuff that are in the veggies. other than that, just go by what works for you... 40/40/20 isn't a magical number, though it may be a good starting point.

Is your cut going well currently???
