Ok where to start if you want a history on me I have a post in Media Gallery called 6 and a half months progress.
Well I am approaching the more critical last fat I need to lose while keeping all the muscle I can. I am around 190 pounds 6 feet tall.
Currently I am eating 2100 calories on cardio or workout days. I do 45 mins LISS cardio and weights for about 40 minutes 3 times a week. I eat 40 percent protein, 40 percent carbs and 20 percent fat. What I need to know is should I eat more calories on weight days and am I eating enough calories on none weight days I do cardio 6 days a week. my days off of everything I drop my poweraide so I get to about 1900 calories.
I am thinking of bumping calories to 2300 on cardio days and 2500 on weight and cardio days.
