ok so this one is stupidly easy, but i reckon it just make a PB sandwich taste SOOOO much better

so make your PB sandwich as usually, for me its just PB on bread, no big deals, then warm up your broiler, now put your sandwich in it! cook it for 2-3mins each side (untill its toasted) when you eat it, the crusts will taste really nice, and the peanut butter will melt into the bread giving it an awesome taste

i guess you could do this with any other sandwich, but i reckon its best with peanut butter :)

Okay this is a stupid question, but what is a broiler?

Edit - 's okay, I decided I was being lazy and did a Google search... :)

well for those that are lazy, its the grill in your stove! (the thing pointing down with the blue flames)

you can use the george foreman grill, but i reckon its too hot, you gotta slowly toast it!

How much Peanut butter/nuts is too much? I eat like a tb spoon of pb a day and about 3 handfuls of Almonds through out the day.

I know that nuts and stuff have good fats...but is it bad to eat too many nuts???

i use 1tablespoon, but use what fits your diet
you cant exaclty say what is "too much" cos its a very personal figure, but if you have your diet planned out it should be too hard to figure out how much you need

Yeah....I know what you mean....I just sit down with a bag of almonds and before you I realize it I've eaten half the bag. I guess I just need some portion control so, I dont over do it.
