Hi guys and girls :)
My name is Jonathan, and I'm quite new on this forum :p
But I'm well known with Forums...so I'm not a totall noob:)
anyway
I'm 18 years old, taken a SERIOUS 180 turn in my life the past 1 and a half months... my main goal is to get a sixpack, or something near that in 6 months...:)
I used to lift weights for 4-5 months a year ago, but then came in this bad circle that mostly went on LOADS and LOADS of fastfood, beer, candy, coke and you name it... and of course, I never moved out, so I've become one chubby bastard the last 8 months :( :/
I must say, that when I've scrolled through the picture/progression threads here... holy cow, you guys are amazing!! very motivating for people like me. :)
but let's go straight on the case now... I've been training for over a month now, it's weights and soccer(extremly much running), so I've got into a ok shape now :)
but I really need a good plan for my food(I need a good plan for everything, in general..)
so can any of you help me to set up a plan?
I know it's a bit Far out to aim for a sixpack in just 6 months... but If I can get anywhere near, I'm happy :) 'cause after that I'll set new goals.

weight 200lbs
height 6.2
bf... no clue... I have some pics I can post, if any of you are good to estimate :)
I will dedicate all my heart and soul to this... and push myself 110%..
