Ok,

I am at home ill! I have some dumbbells in my room, ranging from 1/2 kg to 5kg (4). I have loads in the middle. What exercises can I do for chest and triceps?

If you're ill should you be working out?

Do you have a bench, or just the dumbells? To state the obvious - you could do dumbell bench press (chest and triceps) or bicep curls. Try exrx for more ideas though.

It is just a sore throat!!! and I do not have a bench :(

Do a few push ups. Rest. Then get back to the gym in a few days.
