I use exercise tapes for my cardio workout. I have alot of weight to lose about 75 lbs. I can't afford a gym membership at this time. However, I do have a couple videos I use to get my cardio workout and I purchased some weights. My question is can anyone recommend some Good Aerobic Workout Videos??? I don't want to get bored..
