Hey guys, I am seriously getting way back into my working out starting with tommorow, because I have gotten a little slack over the past few months because of personal issues, but I havent fully let myself go, I am leveling out between 79 and 81 kg depending on my water weight.

I have made up a full eating plan that I will follow week in and week out in order, so I dont get use to the same food every day. I have my older brothers wedding in about a month and a week, and I want to get down to atleast 70kg (154lbs) so I can start bulking up a little once I reach that goal.

I just want some views on my plan because it is more complicated than some of the ones posted, it uses Johns template through express, it works very good.

Here is Monday

Ok then, thats what I will be eating for the next month or so, once I lose all the bodyfat I will add more calories and carbs and protein in order to bulk up some, but right now I wish to lose about 1-1/2kg per week because I am going to work hard, with weights, excercycle, running and stretching, perhaps a bit of Yoga aswell.

I could very well easily be at my previous goals right now, but its because some serious personal issues jumped into my lap nearing the end of 2005, so I plan to be ripped to shreads by the end of 2006 :tucool:

I could use some good views and some support because that is one thing that helped me lose so much weight before, because of alot of help and support from people here, also giving support and inspiring with my own progress :)

Oh and also, I dont think the calories are too low, because my BMR is around 2100, so im cutting out 500-600 calories per day so I can lose 1-2 kg a week depending on how much I work out that week.

your protein intake is low, up it to at least 1x1lb of your body weight.

loosing 1-2 kilograms is not healthy and probably impossible except for the first few days when if you dont eat at all (crash diet) you will loose water weight.

trust me at 1-2 kg per day thats not fat you are loosing.

Woah, also I think I made a typo!! I said 1-2kg a "DAY" but thats a mistake, I meant 1-2kg a "WEEK" damn I hate typos

That is what I was doing before and I still kept lean muscle, I was losing about 1-1/2kg per week and still keeping the muslce I had worked, I just want somones opinions on my eating, because I have already tried and tested what my body does and I do know that it can burn fat around that speed, its just normal for me like that, just look at my sig.

Also RamRom, do you think I should have 2 protein shakes in a day instead of one? like at night time? it wouldnt hurt doing that would that right? because im sure that would work out making my protein intake better, when I add another one it adds out to be around 170-180g which is good :D

Your calorie intake seem really low for your weight. what are you 170-80 pounds correct? I think you should increase your calories intake by a little.

I know it may seem a little low, but I have tried alot of different calorie intakes before, and it just seems like this one is best for me, I have tried 2000 a day, 2500 a day, even 1200 a day, but none really worked that well for me, I level between 1500 and 2000 a day because I am getting 250-300 calories into my body ever 2-3 hours, so it raises my metabolism to burn the fat.

But thanks for the advice, it does help, because if I see no progress over the comming week I will up my calories a couple hundred.:tucool:
