I want raw uncensored pictures, :moon: but only if you're feeling it.

If not, a description of how much fat you are pinching is also appropriate. Is the skin just as tight as arm skin? Or more like cheeks? Granted, the differences can be genetic, but I am trying to get an overall view of the life of a sub-10%er.

Trutfully brotha, I can grab a hanful of fat right now. When I was cutting i'd compare it to say...............between a cheek and an arm. Not a whole lot at all.

At sub 10%, if you pinched your moobs, how much fat could you pinch (using the other body part pinch analysis).

It can be a bit different for different people...Some will have more fat at some parts of the body and less on other parts compared to others...It depends on genetics and to some extent it also depends on what you looked like before you started training and dieting. The fat cells will not go way but they will get smaller when you lose fat. And at really low BF% they will so small so that you cant see or feel some of them.

Actually, it's a real condition for some guys. Estrogen causes their chests to be surrounded by more than normal fatty tissue, thereby making them look like women's breasts.

Check out some of the power lifter forums..some of them toss the word around more than the words bench press. Sometimes it gets real funny.
Like when the ones show shots of themselves in their squat suits and no tshirt..moobs falling out all over the place. :lol:
Most of those guys have them because of the fat that they store due to eating mass quantaties of food *read, more than John Stone can stuff down (and thats alot there mister 4000 calorie)*. :eek:

There are of course the folks with gyno, and that sucks. True gyno though generally cannot be taken care of with proper nutrition and exercise.

You can't rid of gyno without surgery. Which can cost from about 3,000-6,000. Now that really sucks.

Having no clue what "Gyno" is, i decided to look it up on google image search.

Oh its full name, Gynecomastia.

Its a gland of tissue underneath the nipple causing the nipple to have a puffy apperance. I am pretty sure there is a thread on here somewhere about it.

But it can occur from pubirty and I think some steriods can do it too.

It def. sucks and its impossible to make to go away without surgery. But sometimes it will go away by itself.
