For example, here is my schedule.

Monday - 1 hr. cardio
Tuesday - Weights (Legs, Shoulders, Abs)
Wedsnesday - 1 hr. cardio
Thursday - Weights (Chest, Tris, Abs)
Friday - Weights (Back, Bis, Lats, Abs)
Saturday - 1 hr. cardio
Sunday - Day off

Here is my example daily diet:
6:00 - Wake up - Protein Shake
8:30 - Breakfast
11:00 - Lunch
2:00 - 2nd Lunch
5:00 - Pre Workout NO Explode
6:30 - Post Workout Muscle Milk
8:00 - Dinnah
10:00 - Good Night Protein Shake

My question is: Should I maintain the same intake even on my days off and my cardio days, or can I change the diet from day to day to adjust for my output level on that given day?

Take the NOX but only 1-1.5 scoops.

Don't use MM PWO. That's not the best choice IMHO. Need more carbs than that. And on non-training days don't have a PWO shake (this seems kinda obvious to me!).

In other words, to sum it up, training days have higher carb intake than non training days for me.

So would there be a difference for you on weight days versus cardio days?
