I read somewhere that while your on a cut and if your hungry between one of your 6-8 small meals you can snack on almoast calorieless foods such as dill pickles and cabbage(kimchi for me).

The whole point of eating 6-8 small meals a day is for means of energy and spiking metabolism right? So even though those types of foods have no calories, wouldnt snacking on them inbetween one of your meals still screw up your metabolism?

1st - They do have calories - they're just typically very insignifigant in the scope of your day.

2nd - no - they won't mess up your metabolism. Assuming you're not eating a whole jar of pickels for 3-400 calories then dropping in 10-20 calories every half hour or so - your body won't notice.

I am all about the SF Jello myself too - helps curb that sweet tooth. (but its not calorie free - 10 calories per 1/2 cup serving)
