Just thought I would take some pics today to show everyone how the program is going, and my weak bicep shot :p .

Currently 180Lbs.

You either look very young for your age, or you sound very mature for your age.

I didn't see any of your pictures from before, but it looks like you have a nice strong back.

Man, I remember when your avatar used to say like 201.3 Lbs and you thought THAT was an achievement! Now 20 more pounds gone! Keep up the good work man, it's looking gooood. :tu:

Good job, man, I think you're making some of the best progress on this board. One tip I have is when you're doing a front or back double biceps pose, don't scrunch up your shoulders as much. Flare out your lats and keep your arms at a 90 degree or slightly less angle. You'll show off your muscles better. Here's a couple good examples from Flex Wheeler and Midweststunna (both from bodybuilding.com).

Good job evil you look heaps better. You sure do have consistency, you just keep chipping away unlike myself who has crazy fluctuations.
