Great job!!!!! Congrats.
makir35 Tue, January 24th, 2006, 11:57 AM First off, thanks for the encouraging words! I take it to heart, really.
Basically, I would eat my body weight in calories per day, in a 25/40/35 fat/carb/protein ratio. The fat was good fat though, almonds, salmon, olive oil, etc. Carbs were concentrated in morning and afternnon meals (breaded carbs), veggies toward later of day. Shrimp, chicken, fish were the main course at night. I ate every 3 hrs or so, 4 or 5 times a day. Supplments - just whey protein and glutamine.
I worked out every day, but sometimes chilled on Sundays. Ran 4 times a week at least. 3 days lifting, one body part a week. I used to do HITT cardio for only 25 minutes at night. Noticed adifference when I did cardio in the morning, fasted though. I guess it was a mixture between HITT and LISS, 10 minutes slow jog, 20 minutes HITT, 10 minutes slow jog, which kept my heart rate in the desired range. The embedded HITT was a little less intense than before, but still challenging.
Hey why am I talking in the past tense, this is just getting fun.
I remove chest hair by sliding it up to my chin and neck.
makir35 Wed, January 25th, 2006, 04:22 AM Um, I meant ten times my body weight in calories. I am after all:lol: still alive.
Glaive Wed, January 25th, 2006, 04:59 PM I am Scotch-Irish and German and therefore reasonably fuzzy. I've yet to find a good way to remove my chest hair without resulting in lots of irritation and ingrown hairs and so forth.
For now what I do is utilize my Norelco Beard and Moustache trimmer and just buzz it down really short. It's semi-prickly for a day or two but after that I'm just lightly fuzzy to the touch but look pretty hairless.
