View Full Version : Critique diet/routine/help uploading pic plz

I think it's time for me to take the bull by the horns and start paying more attention to my diet and workout routine. Soooo... please help with any advice (which would be greatly appreciated)!!!!

DIET
1: 1/2c cottage cheese, 1/2 apple, 2T high fiber cereal
2: 2 slices deli turkey, rye bread, 15 baby carrots, 1oz mozz cheese
3: 2c salad, 1c mixed veg, 1/2c tuna, balsamic vinegar
4: 1/2c brown rice, 1c mixed veg, 3oz chicken
5: 2 scoops whey + water

ROUTINE [now, this is the most confusing part of it all...]
Sunday: jog or pilates (or rest)
Monday: legs
Tuesday: chest,tris,abs
Wednesday: shoulders, lower back
Thursday: rest or squash game
Friday: back,bis
Saturday: squash game or jog

I usually only have about one hour and 20 minutes to spend at the gym during the week so I'm trying to figure out how to best optimize my time. I'm not having much luck uploading the photo, so unless someone can give me some tips, it's not happening. So, I'm 24, 125 lbs, 5'5", if that helps at all.

My guess is that you're not getting enough calories, are you keeping track of calories?

you need more protein.
try for at least 30 grams in every meal.
your first two meals are lacking.

Also, you dont' have hardly any fat. Try some peanut butter or almonds in there...

5'5 @ 125lbs seems like it's in the ballbark of good, I think. Have you set a definite goal for yourself? The design of your nutrition and workout are going to be dependent on that.
