Hey guys, saturday morning on an empty stomach i weight 220pounds. That night i had a nice few drinks and ate quite alot of food afterwards, 1000cals maybe.

Today i'm back on my V-diet (very low carb). I weighted myself just now after taking it close to 1000cals so far today and i'm at 230, i'm still alittle dried out so i assume all this jumping around has alot to do with hydration.

Anyone have any experiences like this? Its really my first time watching my weight closly while drinking, i'm kind of glad because i didn't realize the body react so badly, i asssume/hope by wedesday i'll probably be back to 220 or under.

Pretty freaky to see your weight jump around like this thou.

From this experience i don't plan on having any drinks next weekend. :)

Unfortunately I know exactly what you mean....I did the same thing about one week ago and it has taken me close to 5 days to get back to my normal weight, and I have had to drink a TON of water (I already drink approx 1 gallon per day) AND I am still not back to my one-week ago physique.

So, in short, get back to your routine, drink lots of water, and the scale will get back to norm.

Same thing happened me last week.

I gained a few pound after eating some chinese food.
But it sooned dropped off and i was lower than i had ever been.

Keep at it man.

Yeah i'm back to 220 after about 2days. Must of been water retention due to soild food(on the velocity diet) and the liquor, Pretty freaky seeing your weight jump around like that thou.
