I can't tell you anything about the supplements you're taking, but what I can tell you is that in my personal opinion you're probably overdoing it a bit with the exercise. Try about 30-40 min. a day of cardio and lift 3-4 times a week (each muscle group only one time per week).

As the old saying goes, "Abs are made in the kitchen, not in the gym."

That said, I recommend that you try to break eating in to 6 small meals rather than a few larger meals and a a few smaller snacks. It's a hard concept to get your head around at first, but it's easy once you get the hang of it...

If you're aiming for 1800 calories (about what I do) just eat 6 meals of 300 calories each all day long about every 3 hours. It's like a steam train, you gotta always be puttin' coal in the fire, you can't just put a lot of coal in at first and then a little bit later and then a lot more after that. My suggestion is that if you're planning to do a lot of running you ought to consider upping your calorie amount.

I think the foods you're eating look good.

Hopefully some other folks will give a few more pointers. Good luck.
