Hey there all,
I have just noticed that FitDay reckons that there is 15 grams of fat in a medium chicken breast. I'm sure that this is too much. I usually have 2 medium or large chicken breasts for dinner (I am on a cut BTW), and according to my eating plan that always pushed my fat grams way up. For some reason I have never noticed this before. I find it very hard to incorporate fat in my diet so I am making sure that I get some peanut butter (tbls per day) and fish oil (2 X capsules salmon oil), and maybe some lite salad dressing or something but I feel that the 15 grams (30 for 2) of fat in a chicken breast (which is pushing my fat for the day way over the limit) is a bit inaccurate.
Can this be right?
Kind Regards,
