We at www.allthewhey.com appreciate the patience that John Stone Fitness Forum has shown to us during our unfortunate series of mishaps.
As John has told you, all outstanding orders for members will be completely shipped up to date by Monday, January 16, 2006.
But, in order to provide you with the previous excellent service and communication that we had strived for, we would like to make the following “EXTRA SPECIAL” service commitment to our valued friends at JSF, exclusively.
We have established a service email address for you. All comments, questions and concerns should be directed to JSFhotline@aol.com effective immediately. This will be monitored and all inquiries will be responded to within 12 hours. Bill Franks, the owner of ATW, will receive daily copies of these messages and they will be given top priority in our service department. Bill will also update John Stone weekly on any outstanding service issues.
Laura, a.ka. Wheystation, will still be on the board each and every day and she will now automatically issue alerts should any delay in shipping occur that lasts more than 48 hours.
Additionally, all JSF customers should write LAURA/JSF in the promo code section when ordering, so that your orders may be identified and any applicable member discount can be applied.
We have turned the corner and are confident that we will return to our normal operations within a few days, but we want this new system to serve JSF members BETTER FOREVER, so this system will remain in effect.
