Right now I work-out 6 days a week, mon-sat, and run every morning monday, wednesday, friday and saturday. I think it is unwise to do push-ups 6-days a week straight. so what do you suggest? should i do it 3 or 4, or 5 days out of the week? Should i do it on the days i run, or don't run, or should i do it all days i am not doing my arms or chest?
the reason i am asking this is because when i do push-ups, i want to be able to do more and more every time, and not be tired out easily.
