Essential fatty acids, omega 3/6/9's, flaxseed oil, fish oil, etc
Kind of curious, how many people here are taking them?
Here's a short list of what they are supposed to do
Support healthy testosterone levels
Prevent post exercise muscle inflammation
Burn as efficiently as fat, without storing as body fat if not used
Anti Cancer benefits (regarding flax, there are conflicting studies as to whether flax helps or hinders cancer)
That's just a few, if you have anything to add the list, or for that matter, take away, list in this thread.
I used to take them, not that consistently though. Liquid flax..."pleasant nutty flavor" my ass
