I am very impressed with myself. Check this out:
Military press:
Set 1: 12x30 kg(66lbs) (could've done a lot more)
Set 2: 8x40 kg(88lbs)
Set 3: 5x50 kg(110lbs)
Shrugs:
Set 1: 10x40(88lbs) (could've done a lot more)
Set 2: 10x60(132lbs)
Set 3: 5x85(187lbs)
..I haven't done any of these in 7 years, and my expectations were very low. Dam I'm good!
..ok..I'm done tripping now;)
