I want to purcharse an exercise bike and ran across this one and was interested in everyones opinion. I have a bout $200 to spend at the present time. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

I need to work on losing midsection fat and increase my cardio and then will try to purchase some weight training equipment.

Here is a link to the bike. Thanks for your time.

I bought a low-end bike from WalMart last year and it wasn't half as nice as this one....but it was nearly the same price. Looks to be a good deal.

A suggestion for an exercise bike option is to buy a stationary trainer for your bicycle-assuming you have one. They range from around $100 on up. You can find them at bike shops or online at places like pricepoint.com or bikenashbar.com. Sorry for not putting in the actual sites-I'm horrible on the computer (those may be correct though) A stationary trainer allows you to use your own bike and it trains your body the same way riding does. A lot of the stationary bikes have awkward positions and cranks that arent as efficient as even the most generic bikes. Plus the bike and trainer are far more portable than most stationary bikes. good luck
