Anyone here use and see results using the Ab Swing?

That is what I am curious about .. i.e. what would be a "positive" result versus a negative one?

Any of the abdominal machines may work your abs. They may help make them stronger. But that is it.

If your goal is to "see" your abs, then no machine is going to do that for you - the myth that you can "spot reduce" is just that - a myth. The reality is that to see your abs, you must reduce your body fat.

Now, it is true some people don't have well developed abs and must gain some mass there. However, those mass gains are going to be slow and they can be achieved without ever adding a piece of equipment - simply hanging or doing floor crunches with the right form is all you will ever need.

Many people never perform any direct ab work at all, and have incredible abs - simply because of the low body fat they carry. I haven't really directly worked my abs in the past 2 years, but when I reach low body fat, they are there, waiting to be seen.

There is a saying that "abs are made in the kitchen" and this is very true!
