I usually have some pain on my right side of my right forearm, it does not appear to be a bone fracture, but maybe it's a muscle of some sort.
Anyways, it usually happens when I do E-Z curls, I have not experianced any fractures in any area of my body.
It's not a matter of heavy weight either because I'm only lifting 10kg on both sides of the barbell which totals a 20kg..
I experianced this pain first a few months ago, it was a daily pain. Then I tried natural healing by not going to the gym for 4 days, and the pain was totally gone, but now it's back but it only occurs when I do any biceps exercise, and the day after the biceps exercise it goes away. However, there's one thing that bothers me, which is this pain is preventing me from lifting more weight.
Is there anything I could do about it?

P.S.: It doesn't always hurt on the right forearm, sometime's it hurts on both forearms, but mostly the right that hurts.

I sometimes get wrist pain from BB curls, i simply don't do them that often, heavy chins and all types of rows will help build very nice biceps. Try taking a few weeks off its not a priority lift imo.

Sounds like it could be a strained brachialis. Try changing your grip.

I had something similar when using the E Z curl bar, I was told it was because you are holding the bends in the bar in an unatural position when you lift and lower the bar. I was advised to use dumbells for curls for a while, and the pain went. I can use a E Z bar now, but if I feel a twinge I just stop.

in addition to what Visteon said, try adding some moves to strengthen your forearms, that may help... use a light weight, grasp with an overhand grip and curl your wrist up then down.. just your wrist... this will help to strengthen your forearms and between that and getting away from the ez bar you should start to feel less pain, if any at all :tu:
