I am on week 6 of a 12 challenge and for some reason this week I am having pain in my elbows. Last week I changed my program around to include some more free weights. I am thinking that I might be putting too much stress the joints. They bother me even after doing deadlifts where I am not bending my elbows, but just supporting the weight.
Any thoughts?
