Hey guys, i guess my callus's will get tougher over time just like my guitar hand but does anyone have any tips to speed the process or reduce discomfort? I found it hard to do pulldowns tonight because of my left hand. I do wear a pair of gripped work gloves which are decent. I'm not interested in some fancy pair of gloves.

Thoughts?
